Une audience est fix\u00e9e par le greffe du tribunal, pour examiner cette demande, audience \u00e0 laquelle ni l\u2019avocat, ni son client ne sont pr\u00e9sents. Et pour cause, ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s de la date de l\u2019audience, r\u00e9pond l\u2019avocat\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Mais vous avez pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s ! \u00bb, conteste le greffe du tribunal : pour preuve, il produit une copie de la t\u00e9l\u00e9copie envoy\u00e9e 6 jours avant l\u2019audience \u00e0 l\u2019avocat, l\u2019informant justement de la date de l\u2019audience. Sauf que cet envoi r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le greffe du tribunal a envoy\u00e9 la t\u00e9l\u00e9copie \u00e0 un num\u00e9ro de fax qui n\u2019est pas le sien, constate l\u2019avocat.
