Pour se d\u00e9fendre, il fait appel \u00e0 un avocat qui, apr\u00e8s plus de 7 ans de proc\u00e9dure, obtient finalement gain de cause. Mais un nouveau conflit survient, cette fois-ci entre l\u2019avocat et son client, au sujet du paiement des honoraires\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Pour contraindre son client \u00e0 payer les honoraires dus, l\u2019avocat fait appel au b\u00e2tonnier de son ordre. Trop tard, r\u00e9pond le client : la plupart des missions que l\u2019avocat a effectu\u00e9es, dans le cadre du litige l\u2019opposant \u00e0 son locataire, datent d\u2019il y a plus de 2 ans, d\u00e9lai \u00e0 l\u2019issue duquel l\u2019avocat ne peut normalement plus r\u00e9clamer le paiement de ses honoraires. Ce que conteste celui-ci : il n\u2019a agi qu\u2019en vertu d\u2019un mandat unique, qui a pris fin il y a moins de 2 ans, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la proc\u00e9dure.
