Mais, au cours de la nuit, en pleine r\u00e9ception, un incendie, parti des combles, d\u00e9truit partiellement la salle. Pour le propri\u00e9taire, les jeunes mari\u00e9s doivent l\u2019indemniser, leur responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tant engag\u00e9e en tant que locataires. A tort, selon le couple pour qui l\u2019incendie n\u2019est pas de sa faute\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Peu importe \u00bb, conteste le propri\u00e9taire : au titre du contrat de location, le couple est responsable des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts survenant durant la r\u00e9ception.
