Mais, selon lui, une irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans le dossier justifie qu\u2019il soit remis en libert\u00e9. En cause : un mail envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 son avocat\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Il explique alors que son avocat a re\u00e7u une convocation par mail \u00e0 l\u2019audience \u00e0 l\u2019issue de laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9. Mais son avocat ne s\u2019est pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019audience. Et il met en doute le fait qu\u2019il ait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement convoqu\u00e9 : il remarque que rien, dans son dossier, n\u2019indique que son avocat a bien re\u00e7u le mail de convocation.
