Bless\u00e9, le participant sollicite une indemnit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de la commission d&rsquo;indemnisation des victimes d&rsquo;infractions (CIVI), que celle-ci refuse de lui verser car il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 victime, selon elle, d\u2019une \u00ab infraction \u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Faux \u00bb, conteste le participant : pour preuve, une commission sportive a sanctionn\u00e9 le concurrent pour comportement dangereux et violation des r\u00e8gles du sport. \u00ab Certes \u00bb, r\u00e9pond la CIVI, en for\u00e7ant le passage et en \u00ab jouant des coudes \u00bb, le concurrent a eu un comportement dangereux, mais il n\u2019a pas eu la volont\u00e9 de provoquer la chute. Par ailleurs, la CIVI rel\u00e8ve que toute comp\u00e9tition sportive comporte une part d&rsquo;agressivit\u00e9 et que la finalit\u00e9 de la course est d&rsquo;arriver le premier.
