Peu apr\u00e8s, il d\u00e9couvre que le kilom\u00e9trage est faux et que la voiture a au moins 230 000 km au compteur. Une falsification qui justifie une r\u00e9duction importante du prix de vente, selon l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Ce que refuse l\u2019ancienne propri\u00e9taire de la voiture : elle rappelle qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas rencontr\u00e9 personnellement l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur, celui-ci ayant seulement eu affaire \u00e0 son compagnon. Pour que sa responsabilit\u00e9 soit engag\u00e9e, il est n\u00e9cessaire que l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur ait l\u00e9gitimement cru que son compagnon pouvait la repr\u00e9senter. Or, ce n\u2019est pas le cas puisque, bien qu\u2019ayant en sa possession les papiers de la voiture, son compagnon s\u2019est simplement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme tel.
