De cette chute, il conserve des blessures et des s\u00e9quelles qui l\u2019am\u00e8nent, une fois majeur, \u00e0 r\u00e9clamer des allocations pour la totalit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9judices qu\u2019il subit \u00e0 la commission d\u2019indemnisation des victimes d\u2019infractions (CIVI).<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Ce que refuse la CIVI : pour qu\u2019elle l\u2019indemnise, il faut qu\u2019il y ait eu une \u00ab infraction \u00bb. Or, ce n\u2019est ici pas le cas. \u00ab Si \u00bb, r\u00e9pond le jeune homme : pour lui, le fait de pousser quelqu\u2019un dans les escaliers constitue une infraction. \u00ab Non \u00bb, lui r\u00e9pond de nouveau la CIVI : pour elle, le fait qu\u2019un enfant de 4 ans pousse un camarade dans le cadre d\u2019un jeu ne constitue, compte tenu de son \u00e2ge, qu\u2019une maladresse ou une imprudence ne pouvant \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9e d\u2019\u00ab infraction \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>Ce que confirme le juge : la chamaillerie qui a caus\u00e9 les blessures du jeune homme n\u2019est pas une \u00ab infraction \u00bb.
