Sa sant\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9tant pas r\u00e9tablie au dernier jour de cet arr\u00eat, elle retourne voir un m\u00e9decin qui prolonge son arr\u00eat de travail. Pourtant, la caisse d\u2019assurance maladie refuse de l\u2019indemniser pour la p\u00e9riode correspondant \u00e0 la prolongation de l\u2019arr\u00eat initial.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Selon elle, la prolongation n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prescrite par le m\u00eame m\u00e9decin que l\u2019arr\u00eat de travail initial, aucune indemnisation n\u2019est due. Ce que conteste le malade : ni le m\u00e9decin prescripteur initial, ni son m\u00e9decin traitant ne pouvaient le recevoir avant l\u2019expiration de son arr\u00eat initial. Il devait donc trouver un autre m\u00e9decin prescripteur.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Non \u00bb, r\u00e9pond la Caisse, car rien ne l\u2019emp\u00eachait de prendre un rendez-vous pour le lendemain de son arr\u00eat de travail. Peut-\u00eatre, r\u00e9pond le juge, mais la prolongation d\u2019un arr\u00eat de travail initial doit n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre prescrite avant l\u2019expiration de cet arr\u00eat initial.
