Ce que conteste la personne malade, au motif que la Caisse aurait d\u00fb l\u2019informer de cette d\u00e9cision. Ce qu\u2019elle n\u2019a pas fait.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>Peu importe, r\u00e9torque la Caisse : selon elle, l\u2019arr\u00eat de travail n\u2019\u00e9tait plus m\u00e9dicalement justifi\u00e9, et par cons\u00e9quent, le versement des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res non plus. Elle ajoute que la contestation de l\u2019assur\u00e9 doit donner lieu \u00e0 une expertise m\u00e9dicale, qui confirmera ou infirmera alors le bien-fond\u00e9 de sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<h3>Le verdict<\/h3>\n<p>Non, r\u00e9pond le juge : la suspension du versement des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res, prononc\u00e9e par la Caisse apr\u00e8s avis de son m\u00e9decin-conseil, ne prend effet qu\u2019\u00e0 la date \u00e0 laquelle le patient en a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9, sauf si le m\u00e9decin-conseil en d\u00e9cide autrement.
