C\u2019est l\u2019histoire d\u2019un chasseur particuli\u00e8rement tenace\u2026<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n

Pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019un sanglier ne soit tu\u00e9 par le groupe de chasseurs d\u2019une commune voisine, avec lequel il s\u2019estime en comp\u00e9tition, un chasseur prend sa voiture pour rattraper l\u2019animal qui lui a \u00e9chapp\u00e9 et l\u2019abattre tant qu\u2019il est encore dans sa zone de chasse.<\/p>\n

L’objet du litige<\/h3>\n

Il abattra finalement l\u2019animal\u2026 mais sur la zone de chasse des autres chasseurs, contestent ces derniers. Estimant son comportement particuli\u00e8rement dangereux, ils r\u00e9clament l\u2019annulation du permis de chasse du chasseur solitaire, mettant en avant un probl\u00e8me flagrant de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : pour se d\u00e9placer d\u2019un poste de tir \u00e0 un autre en voiture l\u2019arme doit \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9e ou plac\u00e9e sous \u00e9tui. R\u00e8gle de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que le chasseur ne semble pas, au vu des circonstances, avoir respect\u00e9, selon eux.<\/p>\n

Le verdict<\/h3>\n

Et bien que le chasseur affirme qu\u2019il a plac\u00e9 son arme sous \u00e9tui dans sa voiture, il n\u2019est pas en mesure d\u2019en rapporter la preuve, souligne le juge qui retire au chasseur son permis de chasse (avec interdiction de le repasser dans le d\u00e9lai d\u2019un an).<\/p>\n
