Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, ils se s\u00e9parent. Parce qu\u2019il a pay\u00e9 seul les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances du pr\u00eat immobilier, l\u2019ex-concubin demande \u00e0 son ex-concubine de le rembourser de la moiti\u00e9 des\u00a0sommes avanc\u00e9es. Ce\u00a0que refuse cette derni\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 tort, selon l\u2019ex-concubin : chacun des membres du couple est propri\u00e9taire de la maison \u00e0 50 % et le pr\u00eat bancaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 consenti \u00e0 chacun des membres du couple. Il consid\u00e8re donc que chacun doit payer 50 % des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances du pr\u00eat immobilier. Mais son\u00a0ex-concubine refuse\u00a0(encore) de le rembourser : elle rappelle qu\u2019il \u00e9tait convenu, entre eux, qu\u2019il assumerait le remboursement de l\u2019emprunt, tandis qu\u2019elle paierait toutes les charges de la vie courante.
