Cette derni\u00e8re la lui accorde, mais, 2 ans plus tard, en r\u00e9clame le\u00a0remboursement. Elle estime que l\u2019appartement pour lequel le particulier b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019allocation n\u2019est pas sa r\u00e9sidence principale\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objet du litige<\/h3>\n<p>\u2026 \u00e0 tort, selon le particulier : pour le prouver, il produit des factures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, de gaz, de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ainsi que des ch\u00e8ques\u00a0mentionnant\u00a0l\u2019adresse de l\u2019appartement. Insuffisant, toutefois, pour la CAF : les voisins attestent tous que le particulier est rarement\u00a0pr\u00e9sent dans\u00a0l\u2019appartement et qu\u2019il l\u2019utilise surtout comme garde-meubles.
